A photo booth for your office holiday party

How it works
- Set up a screen you own. Open Red Carpet in a browser on an iPad, laptop or phone you already have. Prop it up where guests will gather.
- Higgins directs each guest. He greets every guest out loud and tells them where to look and how to stand, so nobody has to guess. No two guests hear the same shoot.
- Guests scan a QR code. After each sitting a code appears on screen. Guests point their phone at it and their photos open in the browser. No app, no account.
Ideas for your office holiday party
- Put it near the drinks, not the door. People queue naturally near the bar. A booth within sight of it fills up without anyone being asked.
- Say that deleting is real. The host can hide or delete any photo, and deleting removes the file and the record. Mention it at the start and people relax.
- Mix the teams. Sittings with people from different departments are the ones that get kept. Higgins gives direction out loud, so colleagues who have never met do not have to work out how to stand.

How much does a photo booth for office holiday party cost?
$19 per event while the launch price lasts, until Dec 31. After that it is $99 per event. You can try it free first: 15 guest sessions, with a small Red Carpet mark on every photo.
What device do I need?
A tablet, laptop or phone you already own. Red Carpet runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to rent. It needs an internet connection while it runs.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. After each sitting a QR code appears on screen. Guests point their phone camera at it and their photos open in the browser. A guest who wants to keep them can choose to make an account, but nobody has to.
Can I remove a photo?
Yes. The host can hide any photo or delete it. Deleting removes the file and its record, not just the link to it.
How long are the photos kept?
A full event’s photos are kept 90 days after the event, and you can keep them a year (365 days) as an add-on. A free trial’s photos are kept 14 days.
